Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of products and services provided by House Arrow (KvK 42070994), established in the Netherlands ("House Arrow", "we", "us"). By using a House Arrow product or service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
House Arrow builds and operates software products. We provide each product on an "as available" basis and may add, change, or discontinue features to keep the product working, secure, and improving. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
2. Your account
Some products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
When using a House Arrow product, you agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe the rights of others;
- upload, share, or create content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
- misrepresent your identity, or use the product to deceive others;
- use the product to build a competing service by scraping or bulk-extracting data.
Where a product hosts user content, we may review, moderate, hide, or remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms, as described in that product's documentation and our Privacy Policy.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the product for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
5. Intellectual property
The products, including their software, design, and trademarks, remain the property of House Arrow and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the product as intended.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Where a product is offered on a paid basis, the applicable price, billing period, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel future renewals at any time.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Arrow products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific outcome you have in mind. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, House Arrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, a product. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, where you paid nothing, to one hundred euros (€100). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
9. Termination
You may stop using a product and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a product. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive — including content ownership, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law — continue to apply.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or a House Arrow product will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products evolve. The version number and date above reflect the current version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
